During the booking process we collect the following personal data:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Driving licence number and category
- Delivery and pick-up address
- Payment data (processed by a certified provider — not stored by us)
3. Purpose of Processing
- Managing and confirming bookings
- Verifying the validity of the driving licence
- Operational communications related to the rental
- Tax and accounting obligations
4. Legal Basis
Processing is necessary for the performance of the rental contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the contract and, thereafter, for 10 years in compliance with Italian tax obligations.
6. Third Parties
To deliver our service we use selected third-party providers for payment processing, data management and application hosting. These providers process data solely on our behalf and in compliance with the GDPR, under appropriate Data Processing Agreements (DPA).
7. Your Rights
